The provision, operation, and maintenance of Seminary properties, including infrastructure facilities and equipment, are the responsibilities of the Works and Maintenance Unit, which was established to enhance campus life. The Head of the unit plans the unit’s actions to ensure daily routine monitoring and effectively address the maintenance requirements of the campus’ ever-expanding facilities. The estimations of the materials required for tasks are generated, and all requests from various Seminary segments regarding the covering of this unit are processed. The estimates are then examined and verified as correct before being sent to Management for approval. Once the task has received approval, the supplies are purchased, and the job is carried out in collaboration with the internal audit and the user, who acknowledges the job was carried out satisfactorily at the conclusion of the exercise.
